Frau Berger has a B.A. in German and Japanese languages and literatures from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has an M.A. in Second Language Education, with specializations in German, French, and Bilingual Education/English as a Second Language. She taught and studied in Japan, Germany, France, and the different parts of the U.S. before finally finding a home at HFA.
Frau Berger has been interested in teaching since a child. She was widely influenced by her mother whom was a teacher. Ever since her childhood she has been interested in the german language and she has always wanted to allow others to share her same intrest.
